Christian Siriano (one of my faves) opened up his first store in Soho today on Elizabeth Street. The official launch of the store will be a few days before Fashion’s Night Out and features dresses made exclusively for the store along with his collection. Additional items include accessories, bags, wallets, and home decor created by Siriano.

I definitely have to make a stop here during FNO for my trip to New York for Fashion Week.

The moment has arrived, the time I get to enjoy the fruits of my labor. You know, it’s has been like 4 years since my first fashion show. The first fashion show I ever attended was Ed Hardy’s at Smashbox Studio in Los Angeles. LOL oh wow…good times good times. Little did I know a month after I would be asked by a friend to attend NYC Fashion Week! I was only 19 at the time, didn’t know what to expect. I mean I was right out of high school (from a very small town) and NEVER experienced anything like it before. The weirdest part about it was that when I arrived, I felt like I was home. Like I’ve been there before…I never felt so comfortable. From meeting Kanye West to Mickey Rourke on the first time arriving I knew the opportunity that was placed before me. Since then I value the moment for life as I attend the shows each season twice a year. I go each season expecting to have an amazing time (Always do) But I also go feeling like it’s my first time. That’s the beauty of something your passionate about! No matter how many times you do it, it never gets old. Anyways I felt like I would just share this to everyone that I will be heading to NYC next week to cover the shows backstage and front row! I got tons of invites and will be filming/taking photos 24/7 to capture all moments! I will be putting together a day in the life of each day during fashion week posted on my youtube page. In addition I wanted to say THANK YOU so very much for the support from EVERYONE U.S.A and Internationally. I’m so happy to share my experiences with everyone. Last thing! My site will be going through some amazing changes in less than a month, be expecting fashion munsters all around the world doing random acts of freshness and tons of videos weekly!
